8 heirloom tomatoes, various colors
4 ounces of goat cheese
2 tablespoons of julienned purple basil
Slice the baguette into diagonal pieces.
Slice the tomatoes.
On each baguette piece, put a layer of tomatoes. Then, crumble the goat cheese on top.
Put under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes or until crispy. Remove, and sprinkle with the basil.
