4 cups of diced and peeled apple cubes
3 spoons of lemon juice
2 cups of chopped celery
2 cups of loosely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of heavy cream
salt and fresh pepper

When cutting the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Chop the celery and walnuts and add them to the apples.

Mix the mayonnaise and the heavy cream in a cup. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and mix with the apples.

Refrigerate for about 2 hours and serve on a bed of lettuce.
