Make this recipe for your favorite tart. May they be sweet and smooth but with
an edge. Firm, yet with some give. Plump, but not too plump. 1
pint of cranberries juice of 1 blood orange 1 teaspoon of orange zest
3/4 cup of water sugar to taste Add the cranberries, water, orange
juice and zest together in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook for about five minutes,
or until the berries become translucent and begin bursting. Remove from the heat
and add the sugar to taste. Then bring back to a boil for a minute, cool and pour
into a serving bowl. If you refrigerate it, the sauce will become firm. Serves
one turkey. |
